About ALEX CENA On Location

Alex Cena is a freelance photographer based in the historic town of Milford located in Northeast Pennsylvania, which borders New York and New Jersey. He specializes in weddings, sports, environmental or lifestyle portraits, performing arts such as concerts, plays, musicals and other theatrical events.

Alex is available to photograph the action while you enjoy the event in virtually any destination.  While many photographers claim to shoot like a photojournalist, Alex is actually a working photojournalist whose images have appeared on the inside on on the cover of local and national publications such as Happenings Magazine, Volleyball, Hobby Farm, Inside Lacrosse and Sports Illustrated.  His creative images are also used by Kent Place School, Newark Academy, Gill St. Bernards, the United States Military Academy in West Point, Equipment Riding Supply, Red Falcon Armouries, Konica-Minolta and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

He has a more classical style in creating images and really try to capture the personalities of his subjects as opposed to forcing a smile. He really views portraits as historical documents to immortalize his subjects so their images may be enjoyed by many future generations.
